Vaccines are a safe and effective way to protect individuals from serious and potentially life-threatening diseases by training the immune system to recognize and fight harmful pathogens. They not only prevent illness in those who receive them but also reduce the spread of disease within communities, protecting vulnerable populations who cannot be vaccinated
